Warranty Terms & Conditions
Warranty Period:
Two years (24 months) from the date of purchase as indicated on the original invoice.Coverage:
The warranty covers free replacement in the case of manufacturing defects or faulty materials.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, external factors (such as water, fire), or wear and tear resulting from improper use.
Warranty Eligibility:
Keeping the original purchase invoice (digital or paper) is required to benefit from the warranty.

Purchase invoices from Amazon
How to Claim the Warranty:
Please contact our customer service via the website or visit any branch, bringing the original purchase invoice.
The product will be inspected to verify that the warranty conditions are met before a replacement is approved.
Warranty Exclusions:
Products that have been altered or repaired outside of authorized service centers.
Lost or damaged original invoices.
Products showing signs of misuse or intentional damage.
